I've been running sound and lighting at events across Israel for a few years now, mostly for the Anglo community in and around Jerusalem.
My approach is simple. I talk with the client, understand what the event needs, and then I roll with whatever the Israeli venue throws at us. Missing power, an odd room, a last-minute change to the schedule. That's part of the job, and it's handled.

Yes. We rent speakers, subs, mixers, microphones, and lighting fixtures on their own. Delivery and setup in Jerusalem are available on request.
Yes. We coordinate with the venue and roll with whatever the room throws at us, including missing power, odd layouts, or last-minute schedule changes.
Yes. We work in English with clients and in Hebrew with venue staff and Israeli musicians, so nothing gets lost between the two.
